DataSourceBuilder is used to create dataSources, it contains a single method which allows it to use the specified properties to instantiate a dataSource instance.

AbstractConfigHelper	AbstractConfigHelper serves as a base helper for objects which read data from an xml configuration file
DataSourceServiceLocator	DataSourceServiceLocator serves as a service locator used to fetch datasources as defined in the initialization configuration file.
